I’m Toby Reeves, an AI strategist, technology founder, and advisor to organizations navigating the human side of innovation.

For more than 30 years, I’ve led sales, marketing and recruiting workflow transformations, built startups, as well as served and led international innovation councils. As a former Director of Strategic Growth for an AI company, I helped shape AI solutions designed for F500 and the public sector.
